Meet the Mediator
Steven Siegler, Esq.
Experienced. Neutral. Trusted.
With over 25 years of experience in civil litigation, I bring both legal insight and human understanding to every mediation. I’ve represented plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes employment and commercial disputes, giving me a balanced perspective that earns the trust of both sides.
In addition to my legal background, I’ve owned and operated my own law firm for more than a decade—which gives me a firsthand appreciation for the pressures, risks, and realities that business owners face when disputes arise.
As a mediator, my approach is calm, pragmatic, and solutions-focused. I take the time to understand the issues, listen to each party, and guide the process with fairness, clarity, and efficiency.
Whether your case is complex or emotionally charged, I help parties move forward—confidently and constructively.
